Marketing Account Manager

Job Description

Black Tie Digital Marketing is looking for an Account Manager to engage 1 on 1 with our high-value clients for the purpose of delivering effective marketing services. Account Managers are fierce advocates for their customers. A successful AM will leverage our agency’s ability to promote the products, services, and brand value of their accounts. You’ll support strategy, planning, and execution of a variety of marketing tactics then review analytics and measure return on investment. Ideal candidates will have 2 years experience using HubSpot’s Inbound Methodology or similar marketing tools & concepts.  

Here are the responsibilities and expectations for your new role:

  • You will maintain a healthy relationship with clients by proactively communicating with them and hosting regular meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
  • You will coordinate with Black Tie teams to produce client works
  • You will welcome and on-board new clients for a variety marketing services
  • You will help to develop inbound marketing strategy & campaigns
  • You will develop and track email campaigns
  • You will compose and/or facilitate social media posts
  • You will measure, analyze, and report on data throughout a client’s entire campaign lifecycle
  • You will generate “The Lead Nurturing” workflows for clients
  • You will inform the client of opportunities for effective tactics using your own leadership and skills with guidance from our team
  • You will document processes and workflows
  • You will monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database
  • You will evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve effectiveness
  • You will seek to become a subject matter expert as a digital marketing strategist

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-year college degree in Marketing or similar field
  • Minimum 2 year HubSpot experience with relevant HubSpot certifications
  • Knowledge and experience using Google Analytics
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker
  • Comfortable with Public Speaking
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Proficiency with common marketing tools such as; Search Console, MailChimp, WordPress, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads
  • Ability to run multiple projects and clients
  • Proficient with modern technologies
  • A passion for Black Tie’s mission and culture
