Job Description

Black Tie Digital Marketing is looking for a Marketing Account Manager to deliver effective marketing services for our high-value clients. We are looking for someone to dynamically advocate for our clients. A successful account manager will find creative ways to promote the products, services, and brand value of their accounts. You’ll support strategy, planning, and execution of a variety of marketing tactics then review analytics and measure return on investment. Ideal candidates will have two years experience using HubSpot’s Inbound Methodology or similar marketing tools & concepts.

Job Duties

  • Maintain a healthy relationship with clients by proactively communicating with them and hosting regular meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
  • Coordinate with Black Tie teams to produce client works
  • Welcome and on-board new clients for a variety marketing services
  • Help to develop inbound marketing strategy & campaigns
  • Develop and track email campaigns
  • Compose and/or facilitate social media posts
  • Measure, analyze, and report on data throughout a client’s entire campaign lifecycle
  • Generate “The Lead Nurturing” workflows for clients
  • Inform the client of opportunities for effective tactics using your own leadership and skills with guidance from our team
  • Document processes and workflows
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve effectiveness
  • Seek to become a subject matter expert as a digital marketing strategist

Requirements & Preferences

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field
  • Preferred two year HubSpot experience with relevant HubSpot certifications
  • Knowledge and experience using Google Analytics
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker
  • Comfortable with Public Speaking
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Proficiency with common marketing tools such as; Search Console, MailChimp, WordPress, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Hootsuite
  • Ability to run multiple projects and clients
  • Proficient with modern technologies

  • Flexibility: Change your schedule to meet the needs of your family and adjust your schedule for business hour appointments

  • 40 hour work weeks ONLY.  Our team members only work 40 hours, no more, no less, promoting an incredible work/life balance that allows you to predict your daily schedule
  • 2 weeks of Paid Time Off upon start, and then grows from there.

  • Salary Range: $40,000 – $60,000 /year commensurate with experience
